I am a licensed home baker & I am the ONLY employee. I am also a steelworker working 6 days per week usually. So if you call or email me about a cake and I tell you I'm too busy at the time, please understand thatI may not have the time to make your birthday or other cake. Only 2 tasting plates are complimentary.

A note to future brides: Fondant covered cakes seem to be the trend these days,they look beautiful, but have you ever tasted one? I have been told that my butter cream cakes look like fondant, and I know that they taste better! I use real butter in my butter creams.Come for a tasting, you will try six butter cream flavors, and I will have a piece of fondant on hand for you to try also if you'd like, then you can make the better, butter cream decision!

Hi Scott, I don't know if you remember me or not, but you did our cake for our wedding last year 6/26/10. Jaime and I just sat down tonight (it was thawing all day yesterday) and had a piece with some champagne. The cake was fantastic and reminded me why we chose you to do our cake. Our wedding cake was truely a dream come true! It was beautiful and everything we wanted. Scott did an amazing job! Our guests loved the almond cake with the rasberry filling as well as the chocolate with buttercream. We were pretty excited that there was even enough left that we could take it home and enjoy it. This cake represents everything about us and our wedding. It's symbolic to the holidays for our December 30th wedding. It reminds me of the cool, crisp air in Canton on that night. It's sleek and elegant just as our reception was. The taste reminded me of how things are made here in the South (Kentucky) where we are from, sweet to the taste and made with love. Our cake was perfection to the eye and heaven in the mouth. It's beautiful. Thank you again for making such a wonderful cake. Even at work today I got so many compliments on the cake. I cant wait until our 1 year anniversaryto have some more. :) I can't thank you enough for everything, also letting us use your stuff and delivering everything. Everyone said so many great things about the cake. You have a true gift, I hope you see that your cakes are truly art that everyone gets to enjoy and something you will always be remembered for. The cake turned out absolutely gorgeous! We could not possibly have been more pleased. There were compliments aplenty all night. Several people actually asked if it was even real- it was that perfect! And of course there were overflowing compliments of how awesome it tasted. Scott created rfe With a mix of zebra and classic quilting...it was AMAZING! The first time we saw our ca the reception we were emotional. The Champagne Cake for our July 1 wedding was beyond our expectations! We provided Scott with a sample photo and he took the idea to new heights! Our wedding was last month and we have been craving cake since then. Scott did an amazing job on our cake! He designed it exactly how I envisioned it and the cake tasted delicious! The creme de cacao butter cream was amazing and the cinnamon cake with apple filling was a perfect match. Everyone at the wedding was more impressed with the cake than the food. I still have people raving about it! Scott made everything easy for us and I'm truly grateful on how he took care of our cake, especially when I found out he had two broken ribs when he made and delivered our cake. I will recommend Scott for every birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc. Actually, we already have recommended him several times this month.

I just wanted to THANK YOU for all of your hard work on our GORGEOUS wedding cake design. It exceeded my wildest dreams! You were able to take my ideas and make it more beautiful than I had imagined. I LOVED it! And so did everyone else...I got so many compliments! And it was so DELICIOUS! The cake layers were so moist and had the perfect amount of filling in between. WARNING: Do not choose And Eat It Too to make your cake Unless you want the compliments for the cake to outnumber those of every other aspect of your event; Combined. My wife and I knew exactly who our cake maker would be for our wedding at Gervasi Vineyards on September 18th. We had been to several events that had a cake made by Scott and were floored by his creative designs that, in my opinion, rival those found on cake based reality TV shows. There's only one thing better than Scott's cake designs -the Taste! We're not talking about typical dry vanilla and chocolate options here, Scott concocted gourmet flavors such as almond, spice cake, apricot pudding or chocolate rush and accompanied them with melt in your mouth butter cream flavors like maple, peanut butter, grand marinier, or chambord. With all these creative combinations, our cake tasting was a fun and refreshing meeting contrasted by the sea of never ending appointments associated with weddings. When Scott told us the cost of the cake, it was all I could do to not blurt out "Is That All?" Scott's cakes are extremely affordable, to say the least!
Our wedding cake exceeded our expectations on every level. He incorporated our many design ideas and achieved the somewhat eclectic, somewhat understated appearance we were looking for. The cake had a velvety and moist melt in your mouth texture and the flavor was off the charts. Everyone with a camera took pictures of the cake, which makes me wonder if it was the most photographed subject at our wedding. Two months after the wedding we are still receiving compliments and inquiries about it.

Our cake was big blue and beautiful and we love love loved it! It was delicious and looked amazing! The butter cream is definitely the way to go. Scott was very professional and affordable, he never made any false promises and told us exactly what he could do. We designed our cake from various pictures in his books and it completely blew away our expectations. We definitely recommend him to everyone. Besides looking amazing, the cake was delicious, it was very moist and the filling was just as good. Our cake was completely eaten, which is an indication of how good it was!
